To this extent, Cultivate Communities will endeavour to build human capital, provide advocacy for vulnerable communities and to link every identified need to appropriate and adequate tools including opportunities, information, publicity, funding etc. so that the bridge to a stronger, safer, healthier lifestyle is easier to cross and communities are able to achieve their aspirations.

Raising funds - Sustaining Social Enterprises
Cultivate Communities brings a unique fund-raising approach that enables organisations to progressively become less grant-dependent by helping to identify a pleuralistic approach to fund-raising - where support is drawn down as cash or kind, from a variety of sources including from local communities, via online sources and other innovative fundraising means.
Working alongside Public Sector organisations
By reaching, engaging and connecting with communities, Cultivate Communities reaches public sector services and consultations to target clientele. Working with volunteers and through its acclaimed multi-cultural links, Cultivate Communities reaches across communities in any of 12 different languages and through traditional and innovative consultations that are tailored for specific needs.
Organising events and activities
Cultivate Communities along with its members manages events and consultations that benefit and/or require the participation of communities. The extensive reach, experience and expertise ensures that such events deliver value for money, by maximising attendance and participation of hard-to-hear communities and by using local resources. Related services include designing the format of the event so as to ensure maximum attendance, raising funds to host the event, advertising amongst and recruiting target audiences, managing the event and finally assessing the effectiveness of the event through appropriate evaluation.
